Biography
Rebecca is currently a PhD student in the Department of Statistics at UC Berkeley, and a Data Science Fellow at the Berkeley Institute for Data Science. She graduated from a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) with first class Honours and the University Medal in 2013.
Rebecca joined the Sarwal lab in 2017 as a visiting graduate student and together with members of the Sarwal lab, she is working on research projects with the aim of understanding the increased incidence and severity of acute rejection in kidney transplant patients HIV.
